NAFA’s Leadership Experience is back and better than ever for its second year of re-imagined leadership learning!
This multifaceted, four-module virtual program will occur every other week from June 30 – August 11, 2022, and will bring together current and future NAFA leaders at all levels who are looking to make a greater impact on the future of NAFA, their company, and their career. The experience will culminate at NAFA’s Legislative Summit in September, during which attendees can participate in an optional opportunity: the in-person application of what you learned in the program to the advocacy and legislative aspects of NAFA’s mission.
This year’s program, Expanding Influence, Energizing Innovation, focuses on two of the most critical components in today’s business landscape: the ability to innovate, and the ability to influence.
Through virtual interactive sessions, you will:
- Learn to expand your mindset to embrace non-traditional thinking and foster the trust that is necessary to exercise influence.
- Gain confidence in your short- and long-term strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience how to shift your mindset from always working “IN” your business, to stepping back to take a broader look and working “ON” it more regularly.
- Learn how to apply techniques to improve forward thinking skills, and how to practice influential leadership at all levels.

After each session, you will engage in online interactions through community discussions and activities related to that module. Attendees who engage frequently with the posted activities will also earn participation points for raffled prizes. Who Should Attend
The NAFA Leadership Experience is open to all NAFA committee and volunteer leaders, as well as NAFA members who are not current leaders, who want to engage in building the future of NAFA while furthering their professional and personal growth.
Registration is FREE as a NAFA member benefit, but space is limited.
