Meet Your Host:  Bo Villarreal, CAFM, is a Fleet Operations leader at CPS Energy, the nation’s largest community-owned provider of electric and natural gas services. He is responsible for one of eight CPS Energy repair facilities, Bo is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who specializes in continuous improvement. He has a Master of Science in Business Management & Leadership and uses these skills to motivate and empower his teams. Bo also serves on the NAFA Southcentral Regional Council.
