Motorq (Booth #785)
Presented by Ian Dailey, VP Marketing
Motorq introduced Fuse, an AI layer of the Motorq platform designed to help fleets reduce avoidable costs tied to idling, maintenance, and vehicle utilization. The launch comes as fleet operators face rising cost pressures but still rely on manual analysis across dashboards and reports to determine what needs attention first. Fuse proactively surfaces issues with the greatest financial impact across vehicle, maintenance, fuel, and lease data, helping operators prioritize action before costs build.
WEX (Booth #643)
Presented by Jay Collins, Senior Vice President & GM of EV and Mobility
WEX, a global leader in intelligence-led payment solutions, announced the launch of EV At-Home with Vehicle Fraud Protection, enhancing its charging solution for take-home vehicles. The capability verifies charging sessions using vehicle, charger, and utility data for accurate reimbursement and to help prevent unauthorized expenses. It streamlines fleet electrification by reducing manual processes, improving visibility, and supporting cost control. Integrated within WEX’s EV and fuel ecosystem, the solution helps enable secure, scalable management of home charging reimbursement.
Fleetio (Booth #481)
Presented by Stefano Daneri, Fleet Ecosystem Strategist
Fleetio introduced Fleet Map, a source-agnostic, map-based view that brings together real-time asset locations, maintenance status, job sites, and nearby service providers into a single platform. By combining visibility with automated workflows and Fleetio’s Maintenance Shop Network, Fleet Map reduces downtime and enables faster service decisions. With features like geofence-driven automation and customizable map layers, Fleet Map turns location data into actionable insight, helping teams plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance more effectively.
Car Keys (Booth #696)
Presented by Kirk Stewart, Chief Commercial Officer
Car Keys Express introduced a powerful new mobile fleet key management app designed to simplify how fleets order and manage replacement keys across their operations. Built with mobility in mind, the platform allows staff to scan VINs directly from the lot using their phone, instantly identifying vehicles and submitting key replacement requests without returning to a desktop computer. Users can order on-site van service, have keys shipped from storage, order key blanks, and more.
RTA: The Fleet Success Company (Booth #627)
Presented by Marc Canton, VP of Product and Consulting
RTA: The Fleet Success Company introduced Sublet Invoice Capture, AI-enabled functionality in RTA Fleet360, launching on April 23, designed to simplify how fleets capture outside work costs by quickly turning sublet invoices into structured work orders. This helps eliminate time-intensive data entry, errors from incorrectly entered information, and fleet blind spots caused by incomplete records. By bringing these outside work details into the same system as in-house maintenance, fleets gain a more complete asset history, and a clearer, more accurate view of total cost of ownership.
Samsara (Booth #687)
Presented by Eve Alexander, VP of Product Marketing
Samsara launched Samsara Commercial Navigation, a safe, simple GPS solution now available to commercial fleets worldwide. The intelligent navigation solution provides turn-by-turn directions to keep commercial drivers safe and compliant, while helping fleets save money by automatically routing to preferred fuel vendors. Inside the cab, the Samsara app combines navigation and Hours of Service tracking into a seamless, distraction-free interface that can connect to Apple CarPlay.
