Beth Cooley, CAFM

Beth Cooley CAFM, Director, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Fleet Management Services (OFMS). Beth has over 20 years of fleet management experience and her background includes risk management, contract management, capital outlay construction and facility leases. She is responsible for a fleet of 3,000 vehicles assigned to over 175 state agencies and state colleges. In addition, Beth serves as the Secretary/Treasurer with NAFA Board of Directors. The CAFM adventure added to her creditability, expanded her knowledge and still offers a resource that she uses today.
Judie Nuskey
Safety Training Leader
Judie Nuskey is a Safety Training Leader, with a dedication to designing policies and training that promote a proactive safety culture, as well as an adept technical safety content article provider. She holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and Science from Montgomery County Community College. Judie is dedicated to the teachings of the ADTS programs that target any questionable driving practices quickly and helps establish the importance of maintaining safe driving habits. In 2024, she launched the Network of Women Focused on Driver Safety, NOW, a network that aims to unite women from all walks of life who are passionate about enhancing driver safety. “Our goal is to empower women by providing a platform where they can network, share resources, and support each other in fostering a safer driving environment.” Judie’s contributions have been recognized with prestigious awards, such as the AFLA President’s Award, highlighting her commitment to fleet safety and leadership in the industry.
Tim Coxwell, CAFM

Tim Coxwell is the Fleet Director for the Leon County Sheriff’s Office in Tallahassee, FL, serving since 2013 and CAFM certified. Tim manages 576 vehicles, six technicians and advises his staff on complex plans to encourage Fleet Customers and Fleet Staff Members to work closer than ever for us to accomplish our sustainable goals. The CAFM experience has been the cornerstone of his fleet recovery.

Maria Neve is Vice President, eFMC Strategy at Inspiration Mobility (“Inspiration”), the first Electrification Accelerator™, built from the ground up to accelerate the EV transition by enabling organizations of all sizes to reap the full benefits of fleet electrification as quickly and painlessly as possible. As VP, eFMC Services, Maria leads the development and growth of the Inspiration’s EV-first suite of fleet services, including traditional fleet management company (FMC) services, such as maintenance and roadside assistance, and new solutions designed to maximize the benefits of EVs, such as home charging installation and reimbursement, Charging-as-a-Service, curated public EV charging, and more. Prior to Inspiration, Maria served as Vice President, Electrification and Sustainability at Wheels, one of the largest fleet management companies in North America. She has also led critical fleet management and sales functions for Mercury Associates and Merchants Fleet. Maria began her career in the alternative fuels and transportation safety sectors as a marketing and policy consultant for automobile manufacturers and the U.S. Department of Energy. She advocates for the industry via NAFA’s Government Affairs Committee and has been a reliable resource for Capitol Hill on fleet sustainability matters. Maria currently serves as Senior Vice President of NAFA Fleet Management Association, the world’s premier not-for-profit association for professionals who manage fleets of sedans, public safety vehicles, trucks, and buses of all types and sizes, and a wide range of military and off-road equipment for organizations across the globe. She is a highly sought-after expert and is frequently quoted by the media and invited to speak at industry conferences. Maria holds a BA from The George Washington University.
