Tim Coxwell is the Fleet Director for the Leon County Sheriff’s Office in Tallahassee, FL – serving since 2013 and CAFM certified. He manages 576 vehicles, six technicians, and advises his staff on complex plans to encourage Fleet Customers and Fleet Staff Members to work closer than ever to accomplish sustainable goals. The CAFM experience has been the cornerstone of his fleet recovery.

Patti Earley, CAFM

Patti has worked in various capacities in fleet management for over 30 years. She managed the Transportation Department at South Dakota State University, held the post of Deputy State Director of Fleet and Travel Management for the State of South Dakota and is currently the Fleet Fuel Operations Specialist for Florida Power and Light. During her career, her responsibilities have included vehicle and equipment purchasing and remarketing, budgeting, risk management, fueling operations, maintenance shop operations and aircraft operations. Patti is an active member of NAFA Fleet Management Association and is currently Immediate Past President of the Association. She also serves as an Ambassador for the National Biodiesel Board.

Maria Neve is Vice President, eFMC Services at Inspiration Mobility (“Inspiration”), the first Electrification Accelerator™, built from the ground up to accelerate the EV transition by enabling organizations of all sizes to reap the full benefits of electrification as quickly and painlessly as possible. As VP, eFMC Services, Maria leads the development and growth of the company’s EV-first suite of services, including traditional fleet management company (FMC) services, such as maintenance and roadside assistance, and new solutions designed to maximize the benefits of EVs, such as home charging installation and reimbursement, turnkey installation and operations of depot charging, payment for public EV charging, and more. She brings more than 23 years of client-focused sales and operational experience at OEMs, FMCs, and consulting firms in the government and corporate fleet management sectors. Maria has contributed articles to industry publications and spoken at leading industry conferences and events.
