11:05 a.m.: Voltera Chairman & CEO Brett Hauser will deliver “The Power to Build,” a keynote that reframes the conversation around fleet electrification by focusing on the real barriers to scale — land, power, and capital. Drawing on years of experience in mobility infrastructure, Hauser argues that electrification isn’t a technology challenge but an orchestration one, often stalled not by utilities but by fragmented local permitting and outdated zoning. He’ll share lessons from Voltera’s Infrastructure-as-a-Service model, which acquires and develops fleet charging sites to provide certainty and speed, and outline how cities can modernize planning to enable the next era of zero-emission and autonomous operations.
11:50 a.m.: Direct Line: Live with California’s Secretary of Transportation Toks Omishakin
11:45 a.m.: Networking Lunch (runs until 1 p.m.)
