The Oklahoma City local networking group is excited to get together for an afternoon of learning and networking. This event is hosted by Advanced Subrogation Resources (AnSR)/Claims Management Resources, Inc. (CMR).

Tentative Agenda:

11:45 a.m.-12 p.m.: Check in and Welcome
12 – 12:45 p.m.: Lunch
12:45 – 1:30 p.m.: Session 1 – Navigating Liability: This session covers the “1% Rule” (contributory negligence) and its impact on recovery. Learn foundational liability concepts to help teams identify fault early, protecting the company from unnecessary payouts and maximizing subrogation recovery.
1:30 – 2:15 p.m.: Session 2 – Safety: This session will cover all things on fleet safety including safety elements and programs, policies, technology and improvement responsibilities.
2:15 – 2:30 p.m.: Snack Break
2:30 – 3:15 p.m.: Session 3 – LEAPS under pressure: This session provides a practical framework to de-escalate high-stress conversations. Learn to handle difficult interactions with teams, vendors, and clients without escalating the conflict.
3:15 – 4:00 p.m.: Final Remarks and Tour
