July 30th, 2024, 1:00-2:00 p.m. ET
Compliance with the California Clean Truck Check program is in full force. This relatively new regulation applies to heavy duty fleet vehicles operating in California, regardless of where they are registered. Unlike other California transportation emissions reduction rules, Clean Truck Check applies to out-of-state vehicles operating in California. All fleets with diesel and natural gas powered heavy-duty vehicles with a GVWR over 14,000 lbs. that operate in California must have registered their vehicles by the end of 2023 and begun to make permit fee payments. Required emissions testing performed by a certified technician begins in October 2024 with a January 1, 2025 deadline. Failure to comply can result in vehicle registration holds, penalties or fines.
Hear from a panel of experts to understand what’s required, initial lessons learned along with tips & tricks for complying.
