To be considered, applicants must meet 12 different criteria, which includes accountability, use of technology and information, collaboration, creativity, performance recognition and celebration, and several other metrics. What does Thurston County’s Fleet Services Division do? They maintain, repair, and replace 584 vehicles and other pieces of equipment for departments and offices across the county.
