DESCRIPTION:While many organizations have an accounting department for handling their finances\, fleet professionals must have some knowledge of the financial issues that affect their fleets. Such financial issues may include a financial analysis of various acquisition options\, ability to conduct a lifecycle analysis\, basic accounting principles\, benchmarking\, outsourcing decisions\, and preparing and implementing a fleet budget.\nTopics will include Personal Use\, Vehicle Leasing\, Vehicle Purchasing\, Vehicle Reimbursement\, Budgeting\, Life Cycle Analysis\, and Performance Monitoring. \n\n \nThe course includes: \n\n    \nFinancial Management Digital Guidebook and Study Guide.\n         \nOnline Exam – First sitting is included.
