SUMMARY:Information Management Online Certificate Program (2026)
DESCRIPTION:While many organizations have IT teams to support fleet management\, it is critical for fleet managers to understand basic IT concepts. This knowledge enables them to collaborate effectively with IT staff\, address challenges\, and optimize system functionality.  This discipline provides fleet managers with the tools and insights needed to navigate a data-rich but information-scarce environment\, leveraging technology to drive smarter decisions and operational efficiency.  \nThrough three live virtual sessions\, participants will be able to engage in instructor-led lessons\, question and answer sessions\, and have access to a knowledgeable expert.
