SUMMARY:FLAGFA Pre-Conference Workshop: CAFM Boot Camp\, Discipline – Maintenance Management Certificate Course - March 2025
DESCRIPTION:Vehicle maintenance directly impacts productivity\, driver satisfaction\, corporate image\, safety\, environmental compliance\, and the financial bottom line. This course will enhance understanding of\, and ability to communicate\, essential maintenance principals to in-house or outsourced maintenance personnel\, drivers\, and management.  Topics will include Vehicle Maintenance\, Shop Operation\, Environmental Issues\, Inventory Management\, Performance Monitoring\, Outsourcing\, and Maintenance Staffing. \nThe course includes:\n \n\nMaintenance Management Digital Guidebook and Study Guide \nOnline Exam – First sitting is included. Additional sittings may be purchased if needed.\nCertificate will be awarded to all participants who pass the online exam within one year of registration.\n\n\nFaculty: Tim Coxwell is the Fleet Director for the Leon County Sheriff’s Office in Tallahassee\, FL\, serving since 2013 and CAFM certified. Tim manages 576 vehicles\, six technicians and advises his staff on complex plans to encourage Fleet Customers and Fleet Staff Members to work closer than ever to accomplish our sustainable goals.
