Ray continues to be very active with NAFA and currently serves as President of the Association.

Currently serving as a fleet services manager for General Mills, Mike has been in the automotive industry for more than 20 years. He received his BS in Business Management from the University of New Orleans. Mike earned his CAFM designation from NAFA in 2007, and currently serves as an instructor for NAFA programs, as Senior Vice President of NAFA’s Board of Directors.

In September of 2013 Tim took over a fleet of now 504 vehicles and 915 VEUs operating with an underutilized FIMS and two technicians. He earned his CAFM in December 2017. He completed his APWA CPFP in March of 2018. Using what he learned from the experience Tim established a vehicle lifecycle, vehicle replacement budget, improved staffing levels, implemented a new FIMS from the ground up, and overhauled his fleet garage. His fleet was recognized by the Florida Sheriffs Risk Management Fund for Fleet Safety and Loss Prevention is FY 2016 and he was selected as the FSRMF’s Outstanding Fleet Manager of the Year for 2017. He has implemented telematics, automated fueling, idle reduction, crash avoidance, enhanced officer protection in his latest fleet platform.

Patti has worked in various capacities in fleet management for over 30 years. She managed the Transportation Department at South Dakota State University, held the post of Deputy State Director of Fleet and Travel Management for the State of South Dakota and is currently the Fleet Fuel Operations Specialist for Florida Power and Light. During her career, her responsibilities have included vehicle and equipment purchasing and remarketing, budgeting, risk management, fueling operations, maintenance shop operations and aircraft operations. Patti is an active member of NAFA Fleet Management Association and is currently Immediate Past President of the Association. She also serves as an Ambassador for the National Biodiesel Board.

Lieutenant-Colonel (retired) Katherine Vigneau spent more than 26 years in the Canadian Army holding various positions in logistics and transportation in Canada and abroad. From 1998 to 2001 she held the post of fleet manager for the Department of National Defense, responsible for policy oversight and management of a fleet of 32,000 vehicles. Katherine retired from the military in October 2010 to open her own business, KMVS Fleet+ Consulting and has served clients such as NAFA, NATO, the United Nations, the Canadian military, and other government and corporate organizations. She is a regular columnist for Canada’s Fleet Digest where she writes about fleet and training and development issues.
