Committee Responsibilities:

  • Ensure NAFA’s Certified Automotive Fleet Manager program accurately assesses relevant fleet management responsibilities in every identified domain.
  • Identify study materials relating to the relevant fleet management responsibilities in each domain.  Develop plans for consideration by the Education & Credentialing Oversight Board for creation of such material if none exists.
  • As directed by the Education & Credentialing Oversight Board, create study materials for relevant fleet management responsibilities designated for certification.
  • Continuously review reference guides and seminar/Boot Camp curriculum for each relevant area of fleet management designated for certification; recommend updates to the Education & Credentialing Oversight Board.
  • Develop psychometrically sound exam and practice test questions for each domain.
