NAFA Fleet Management Association would like to remind I&E attendees and exhibitors that I&E does not use or endorse housing agencies, housing bureaus, or travel agencies. I&E attendees and exhibitors are to contact the I&E hotels directly to receive the contracted I&E rate. Notice to government employees: If you booked the government employee rate at any of the hotels, remember you will be asked to provide proof of your government employment status during check-in.
Official I&E Hotels
The hotels below are the official 2013 I&E hotels. A shuttle will be provided to and from the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort and the Convention Center. Here are the days and hours of the shuttle:

Tuesday 7:00am – 11:00pm (Please note the buses will start running from the Sheraton to the Taj from 5:15pm – 11:00pm)
Wednesday 7:00am-7:00pm
Thursday 7:15am – 6:00pm
Friday 7:15am – 6:00pm

Additional Reservation Notes For Both Hotels: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual reservation. Such guarantee will serve to confirm the reservation for the dates requested. Credit cards will be charged one night‘s room and tax. These deposits are refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, an early departure fee may be assessed. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
