NAFA’s Sustainable Fleet Accreditation Program

At NAFA, we believe the fleet industry has a unique opportunity to make a considerable environmental impact. But, to date, there hasn’t been a suite of objective fleet-specific tools to help measure progress over time or against other similar fleets. The NAFA Sustainable Fleet Accreditation Program brings clarity and definition to what sustainable means for fleets.

Congratulations to our First Accredited Fleets!
The following NAFA Sustainable Accredited Fleets have successfully demonstrated a credible sustainability plan and have made meaningful progress toward reducing their total emissions and the negative environmental impact made by extraneous carbon fuel usage. These are the pioneers of our sustainable fleet program and each one is truly making a difference.

This 65 minute webinar demonstrates what NAFA’s Sustainable Fleet Accreditation Program is all about and how you should be a part of it. Hosts Bill Van Amburg, CALSTART; and Phil Russo, NAFA.

NAFA’s Sustainable Fleet Accreditation Program is the distinctive accreditation program that provides the tools that help automotive fleets measure and track improvements in their environmental impact. Participating is simple.

Participants in the NAFA Sustainable Fleet Accreditation Program receive ongoing insights and support, and a suite of marketing materials to celebrate recognize this distinctive accomplishment. Additionally, participants receive valuable benchmarking statistics to help measure accomplishments over time and against a comparison set.

The program is flexible and supports existing fleet efforts and reporting processes. It was developed with the help and input from a group of charter members representing corporations, municipalities, universities, and utilities.
