The Sustainable Fleet Awards honor individuals and organizations that have implemented pioneering, innovative, and creative programs to help with their company’s overall sustainable initiative. What are your sustainable fleet practices that provide for creating and maintaining environmental conditions for future generations? Let NAFA know!
Awards are issued to those who markedly demonstrate significant improvement in their fleet's environmental impact in terms of reduced greenhouse gas emissions, use of alternative-fuel technologies, and/or decreased dependency on petroleum-based fuels. > Who May Enter and win?
Only NAFA Members will be named winners of NAFA's Sustainable Fleet Awards. NAFA Members may nominate themselves by completing the entry form. Non-members, suppliers, vendors, and others may nominate NAFA Members, but the Member being nominated must sign the entry form being submitted.
> How Do I Enter?
Complete the simple entry from, providing data and editorial comments to support your nomination. Awards are judged equally on the data and editorial comments provided. To be considered a candidate for the Sustainable Fleet Award, click here for an entry form. There is NO entry fee. All entries must include this completed entry form and any additional materials sent electronically with the entry to further explain the sustainable program that is being submitted.
In consideration of the environment, ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED ELECTRONICALLY; paper entries and submissions will not be accepted. Submit your completed NAFA Sustainable Fleet Award entry and any additional electronic documents to:

All entries become the property of the NAFA Fleet Management Association, which reserves the right to publicize information at its discretion about the award winners and the winning management practices. NAFA reserves the right to use an entry for the basis of an article or other publications it produces.

Deadline is February 17, 2012. No applications will be accepted for judging after this date. This year’s winners will be invited to a special awards ceremony taking place at NAFA's 2012 Institute & Expo, April 21-24, 2012 in St. Louis, Missouri.
