Participants may register and pay for exams as they are ready to take such exams, or they may pre-purchase exam sittings with their initial program registration (see fee schedules above). Individuals must pre-register and pay for exams; walk-ins are not accepted. Member fee for each exam sitting is $200; non-member fee is $275.
Recertification
In order to keep the CAFM or CAFS designation and to ensure the continuing education of those with the designation, NAFA requires recertification every five years. All CAFM and CAFS graduates receive information about all recertification requirements immediately following graduation. They will be given a recertification package to help keep track of their activities.
