  • Manages all efforts of the association's professional certification program.
  • Technical support and developer for all NAFA sister websites and in-house projects
  • Manages online store, distribution and product inventory

 

 

Joseph Dunne (jdunne@nafa.org 609-986-1057) - Director of Education

 

  • Directs all Association education efforts, including Certified Automotive Fleet Manager Program, Fleet Management seminars, education products.
  • Provides support to Curriculum Committee
  • Directs online educational information portal:    FleetED

 

Gabriella Gyorfi (ggyorfi@nafa.org 609-986-1059)  - Education Assistant

 

  • Assists Director of Professional Development in implementation of all of NAFA’s education efforts
  • Handles administrative functions for Certified Automotive Fleet Manager Program

 

Christine Hamershock (chamershock@nafa.org 609-986-1054) - Marketing Assistant

 

  • Assists in the development and implementation of membership recruitment and retention programs
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans for all NAFA programs, publications, and services
  • Develops and/or creates marketing pieces, both design and copy

 

Richard Kadash (rkadash@nafa.org 609-986-1052) - Accounting Manager

 

  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing money at NAFA Headquarters
  • Modifies and corrects spreadsheets for bank reconciliation
  • Audits payroll bi-weekly
  • Analyzes accounts
  • Calls vendors with past due balances
  • Prepares monthly and annual financial statements.

 

Joanne Marsh (jmarsh@nafa.org 609-986-1048) - Director of Marketing & Communications

 

  • Develops marketing initiatives to encourage fleet managers and service providers to join NAFA.
  • Ensures Member and Affiliate satisfaction with Association to ensure high rate of retention.
  • Sets strategic goals and direction for all the Association's marketing, communications, and public relations efforts.

 

 

Patrick McCarren (pmccarren@nafa.org 609-986-1056) - Deputy Executive Director

 

  • Assists the Executive Director in aspects of Association administration
  • Directs and manages headquarters staff in day-to-day operations
  • Develops and conducts leadership training and other educational programs for national Board of Delegates
  • Assists Chapter leaders in delivering quality service to Members and Affiliates.

 

Tina D. Perrotta (tperrotta@nafa.org 609-986-1063) - Communications Assistant 

 

  • Produces Legislative Update and FleetFocus
  • Develops stories for the Fleet Executive 
  • Covers news and important issues

Gladys Reyes (greyes@nafa.org  609-986-1051) - Meetings Assistant

  • Handles administrative functions for NAFA’s meetings
  • Assists with the planning of NAFA’s functions.

 

Phillip E. Russo, CAE (prusso@nafa.org 609-986-1055) - Executive Director

 

  • Provides information to assist the Board of Trustees and Board of Delegates in making policy decisions
  • Coordinates the work of staff and consultants to implement those policies
  • Invites comments from any Member or Affiliate on any issue related to the fleet profession and the Association.

 

Maureen Smith (msmith@nafa.org 609-986-1049- Database & Membership Administrator

 

  • Maintains NAFA's Membership database and replies to related inquiries.
  • Maintains NAFA's Resume Bank and fulfills requests from prospective employers.

 

 

Jayne Wickham, CMP (jwickham@nafa.org 609-986-1050) - Director of Meetings

 

  • Directs all aspects of the Institute & Expo
  • Staff liaison to Curriculum and Arrangements Committees
  • Directs site selection for all NAFA meetings

  • Editor of Fleet Executive Magazine
